Veg biryani

Ingredients For Veg Biryani:- 1 cup of Basamti rice (soaked for 10 to 15 min.) 2 tablespoon ghee or oil 1 onion sliced 1 green chilli chopped 1-2 ginger garlic paste 1 teaspoon garam masala or biryani masala  1 tablespoon coriander leaves 1 tablespoon pudina leaves 1 tomato chopped 6-7 cups of water 2 -3 tablespoon of curd 1/7 tablespoon of salt 1-2 small beans 1 chopped carrot 1/3 green peas 1 bay leaf 3-4 cardamom  1-2 chakri phool 1 cinamons stick 1 red chilli 1/2 tablespoon sahi jeera For garnishing coriander leaves and 1 tablespoon lemon juice
