Veg biryani
Ingredients For Veg Biryani:-
- 1 cup of Basamti rice (soaked for 10 to 15 min.)
- 2 tablespoon ghee or oil
- 1 onion sliced
- 1 green chilli chopped
- 1-2 ginger garlic paste
- 1 teaspoon garam masala or biryani masala
- 1 tablespoon coriander leaves
- 1 tablespoon pudina leaves
- 1 tomato chopped
- 6-7 cups of water
- 2 -3 tablespoon of curd
- 1/7 tablespoon of salt
- 1-2 small beans
- 1 chopped carrot
- 1/3 green peas
- 1 bay leaf
- 3-4 cardamom
- 1-2 chakri phool
- 1 cinamons stick
- 1 red chilli
- 1/2 tablespoon sahi jeera
- For garnishing coriander leaves and 1 tablespoon lemon juice
